This policy applies to all CHUNK-jp tools and browser utilities: Attic, MirrorHealth, Daily Pulse, AgentWatch, Loan Calculator, BMI Calculator, and the Text Encryption Tool.
Last updated:June 25, 2026
TL;DR — The short version
We don't collect your data. The tools don't send anything anywhere.
All computation runs locally on your device — no server receives your data
No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking pixels, no analytics SDK
Third-party services (hosting, optional ads) are disclosed below in full
01
What Our Tools Collect
The CHUNK-jp tools process all data exclusively on your device. At no point does any tool transmit your files, health records, search queries, news reading habits, AI agent logs, financial inputs, or body measurements to an external server.
Attic
Builds a file index entirely within macOS sandbox storage. No filenames or paths leave the app.
MirrorHealth
Reads Apple Health exports only from your local disk. AI analysis runs via Ollama on your machine. Health data never leaves your device.
Daily Pulse
Fetches news from public RSS feeds directly from your device. Summaries are generated locally. Your reading history is stored only in local app data.
AgentWatch
Monitors AI agent activity through a local CLI process. All telemetry data stays on-device and is never reported externally.
Browser Utilities Loan · BMI · Text Encryption
All calculations run in-browser. No input data is submitted to any server. Encrypted text exists only in your browser session and is never stored remotely.
02
Third-Party Services
While the tools themselves collect no data, some infrastructure services are involved in hosting and distribution. These are outside CHUNK-jp's control and are governed by their own privacy policies.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect server logs including your IP address and browser user-agent when you visit. CHUNK-jp does not receive or control this data. Refer to GitHub's privacy statement for details.
Where ads are shown on this portal, Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve contextual or personalized advertising based on your browsing activity. Google acts as an independent data controller for this. You can manage your ad personalization preferences at adssettings.google.com.
No Analytics
We run no analytics platform of our own
CHUNK-jp does not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Plausible, or any other analytics service. There is no tracking code embedded by CHUNK-jp on any page or in any tool.
03
Cookies & Local Storage
CHUNK-jp sets no cookies of its own. The browser utilities may use localStorage solely to preserve your in-session state (e.g. calculation inputs) between page refreshes. This data never leaves your browser.

04
Data We Never Collect
To be explicit, none of the following is ever collected, stored, or transmitted by CHUNK-jp or its tools:
Your name or email address
Health or biometric data
File names, paths, or contents
Financial or loan calculations
AI agent prompts or responses
Encrypted text or decryption keys
Device identifiers or fingerprints
Usage patterns or crash reports
05
Verify It Yourself
Every tool is fully open source. You don't have to take our word for it — read the source code directly. If you find a discrepancy between this policy and the code, please open an issue immediately.
Because CHUNK-jp does not collect personal data, most data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are satisfied by the nature of the architecture itself — there is no data to request or delete. The following applies to any data held by third-party services listed above:
Right of access
Contact the relevant third-party service (GitHub, Google) directly using the links in Section 02.
Right to deletion
For browser utility localStorage, clear site data in your browser settings at any time.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes — such as the introduction of any data collection — will be announced in the relevant GitHub repository. We have no mechanism to notify you proactively, which is intentional: collecting email addresses to send policy updates would itself be a privacy concern.
